Chief Executive Officer


Dan has more than thirty years of experience in executive management, sales, marketing, finance and advisory services. He draws on experience across many industries including: light and heavy manufacturing, distribution, financial and medical services. Prior to acquiring CIMTEC, Dan was a partner in a corporate restructuring firm, where he advised companies to create value for future growth. His also served as President of a multi-state heating and air conditioning wholesale distribution company, where he increased revenue production by 115 percent in four years. Dan earned a B.S. in Accounting from Plattsburg State University of New York.


Vice President of Qualitrol


Roy has more than thirty years of experience in executive management, sales, marketing, and e-commerce businesses. He is an original founder of CIMTEC and was instrumental in setting up the operations and structure of the company. Roy also leads Qualitrol, the repair and services division of CIMTEC that provides world-wide support of obsolete and discontinued automation products. Roy earned a B.S. in Physics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.


Vice President of Business Development


Greg has more than 25 years of experience in automation technology. He specializes in keeping customers competitive in the global marketplace. Greg obtained his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.


Vice President of Sales


Ted has formed his career on the ability to inspire people and build relationships through servant leadership. He develops high-performance sales teams to meet customer needs. Ted was previously Director of WESCO Distribution, responsible for driving sales in the industrial market for automation products and services for the Southeastern U.S. He has a B.S. in Operations Research, from the United States Naval Academy.
