Non-contact food thickness measuring device
The STACK-O! from Cimtec Automation is a non-contact food thickness measuring device with no moving parts. This food grade T304 stainless steel device uses laser triangulation and a 32-bit floating-point controller to accurately display the height of a stack of baked goods to 1/100th of an inch. This value can then be transmitted over USB (standard) or Ethernet (optional).
With no motor, ball screw or probe, the STACK-O! eliminates the pricey repair and downtime that can be experienced with moving parts of other food thickness measuring devices.
